Solidaris Capital was founded by Geoffrey Dietrich, who serves as the firm’s principal and leads its strategic direction.

Dietrich’s professional work centers on tax compliance for complex transactions and advising on sophisticated financial structures. He has worked with CPA firms and financial planning professionals across the country, providing guidance on matters involving taxation, asset protection, business planning, and trust and estate administration. In addition to his advisory work, he has held leadership responsibilities overseeing business development, financial operations, and compliance functions.

He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the BYU Law Review. Dietrich is licensed to practice law in Texas and Utah and is a member of the American Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

Before entering legal and financial advisory work, Dietrich served as a commissioned officer in the United States Army Infantry, including deployments in Kuwait and Iraq. Outside of his professional work, he has completed both half and full Ironman triathlons and regularly participates in open water swimming events.
